At API we train our athletes in a progressive training format. We start with the basics and then continue to push our athletes with more advanced training methods.
    
At the API Training Center we have the total athlete in mind. We train our athletes through strenuous Cardiovascular Strength and Agility Training tailored to their specific sport.
    
API staff conduct the training sessions in a highly motivated environment by using the best techniques of old combined them with the best techniques of new. Athletes have their choice of training by themselves or within a small group. Those training at the API receive a one of a kind custom training experience.
